Good mousse present on pour, subtle on sitting. Nice medium colour which goes with the lighter alcohol and vintage. Bouquet has complex notes of raspberry, cherry, mint with good lift (some varnish notes add to the complexity).
Palate soft entry, nice bubble attack, smooth mid palate and finish. Nice sweetness in balance with acidity and soft dry tannins. Nice long finish, a complex sparkling style.
