Description

Crafted from a beautiful, dry 2019 vintage, the 2019 Estate Shiraz opens with violets and lavender, then moves to blue and purple fruit, cracked black pepper and a sweet, vibrant core of fruit. Tannins are moderate, the style is restrained and cool-fruited, and the whole thing has lift and freshness.

Hand-crafted, single-estate shiraz. One of the last creations of our late and great winemaker and friend, Lindsay Ross, the Byronsvale 2019 estate shiraz took home Bronze medal at the 2022 Melbourne Royal Wine Awards in the category of best shiraz.

The 2019 Estate Siraz is a wine for the table. Its violet perfume, peppery spice and fresh blue fruit pair beautifully with roast duck, rosemary lamb or a pepper-crusted fillet. For something meatless, try a mushroom risotto, or share it with friends over charcuterie and aged cheddar
