Byronsvale was the perfect escape for a relaxed, quiet Christmas. Watching the ducklings in the morning as the mist rose from the dam or lounging on the lush lawns under the gum trees with a beautiful glass of wine. Everything was perfect - Thanks Denise!

My new husband and I stayed for two nights at Byronsvale for a mini-honeymoon after a micro-wedding. Byronsvale is a beautiful estate with well-manicured grounds and garden beds. Denise is so nice and friendly, with fantastic attention to detail. From fresh flowers, to little chocolates, cookies, and bathrobes, Denise thinks of everything! I am extremely particular about cleanliness (especially bathrooms), so when I say our apartment was spotless, I really mean it! We also ordered 2 breakfast baskets for our stay which were so fresh and tasty - especially the eggs. Breakfast sitting on the porch was absolutely golden. The bottle of chilled rose I had was spectacular. Could not recommend Byronsvale more whether you're a Bendigo local on a stay-cation, or coming in from out-of-town. You won't be disappointed.

Serenity , Wine and Comfort Beautifully restored and extremely comfortable accommodation in a converted 1870 stone stable set in lovely garden & vineyard surrounds. The added bonus of a working vineyard is that our fabulous host , Denise , gave us a personal wine tasting of their award winning wines. We will be back Hamish & Imogen

We loved our stay at Byronsvale, and the transformation of the stables into the various apartment spaces was remarkable. We stayed in The Lodge and everything you’d need was there in the cosy and comfortable space - we’d also recommend adding the breakfast basket for your visit, it was waiting in the fridge on arrival and delicious. Then the wine tasting by the fire pit was truly a unique experience with Denise passionately providing us background about vines and how Byronsvale came to me. It was all thoroughly enjoyable, particularly with Buddy and Soda popping in for a visit. We will be looking to return again for another getaway to explore the region, and perhaps bring some friends to stay in the Sterry’s two storey, two bedroom apartment.
